EMPTY STORAGE BUT NO SPACE
AnsweredAccording to my box account I'm using all 10 of my gigs, but I've deleted all files and so that isn't true. At this point I'm probably hardly using any, but I can't get my storage space back. Can someone fix this issue?

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
