Box appears full but it is not
AnsweredMy box storage appears full after downgrading from a paid subscription. I have deleted enough data to fit into the 10 GB of free storage but Box is not syncing. From what I have read this is a know issue and I would need the admins to please run a script to fix this syncing issue.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
