Storage Usage In My Account Is Incorrect
AnsweredI need help about known issues on "Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect".
I saw in the post that a specific script by BOX support must be ran on my account.
In the meantime I discovered I can't open a ticket support, who could help me?

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
