free space
Answeredmy account seems stuck on 9.6GB usage out of 10GB. I've deleted several files + contacted other people who shared files with me to delete theirs. nothing helps.
please assist.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
