Storage space not reclaimed after
AnsweredHello! I need to get in touch with someone because the my Box account will not reclaim storage space even after files have been deleted and the trash has been emptied. There are almost no files in it, but it says 30 GB of 30 used. Other forums say to contact support but this is the closest I can get.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
