    Hi Cecilia,

Welcome to Box Community, glad to help!

Did you check if there were recent changes from your shared links?

You may want to make sure your shared links' access type are set to "People with the link." Doing so, will secure that even non-Box users will still be able to access its contents.

To ensure the right people have access to shared content, you can configure access controls on a Box Shared Link as follows:

    • People with the link (public/open) - Anyone with the link can access the item and no Box account is required.
    • People in your company - People within your same Box enterprise, and people who have a Box account with the same email domain, can access content.
    • Invited people only - Only people who have been invited to the item (folder or file) can access the content.

    Hope it helps!

Hi Rona, I am having the same problem. but I took care that I set the link permissions properly before I decided to publish the link. Now, I do not have the file nor the report about how many times the link is opened for viewing. I took subscription personal pro after I have seen how comprehensive this tool is last Saturday, yet I cant believe that It failed my expectations with the very first and only one file uploaded! So disgusted with the experience. To make matters worse, I work for one large corporation in campaign that provides vendor neutral solutions for digital enablement and digital presence, security and collaboration for small and medium Enterprises  in the UK and Ireland for last 4 years. I refuse to give up on finding the answer for my experience.
