my box show is almost full, but is far away to be !

My account first downgrade from 50GB to 10 GB, without asking that

Then, from a wile, is almost full, but files inside are not much than 1GB

  We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
