Used Space showing incorrect. Low storage space available

Hi,

My account storage space is incorrect. I have had this issue regularly and the support person ran a script to correct the problem. Could the script be rerun for my account?

As you mentioned earlier, you are running the script manually, you should have provided an option or a tool for us to run the same script to avoid the issue in future. This is my 9th POST regarding the same issue in the last 7 months.

Please look into this matter with utmost urgency.

  We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
