I created a custom app with admin rights and approved it on the admin console.
After that, I uploaded a file via the API, but the file is uploaded even if I specify a folder other than the parent ID of the specific folder.
I have approved the email address associated with the service account ID as the collaborator for the specific folder, but not the others.
Since I have created the app as an administrator, I believe I have access to all folders, is this correct?
