Unable to Connect to Box
AnsweredAfter installing Box for windows 7, when I run the application from my desktop the above screen popup
"Unable to Connect to Box" with the below description
Box Sync is unable to connect to Box. Verify that you are connected to the internet and restart Box Sync. If you continue to see this message, contact your administrator to verify if it is a network issue. If it is not a network issue, visit the Box Support website to submit a ticket. |

When installing Box Sync to your machine, please ensure that you're running the supported Operating System for it to work as expected.
