Deleted files not freeing up space

Hi team please help with is.

After deleting a large number of files, my account is reporting the incorrect amount of free space left  :(

  Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

  Should you experience the same issue in the future, please let us know
