Showing incorrect storage count in Box
AnsweredI currently do not have any files in my box account, yet it is displaying a used count of 17 GB. I kindly request for my storage count to be reset as indicated in the ticket.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
