Storage Limit Exceeded

I am syncing data with the Box cloud via rclone. Now every upload results in a "storage limit exceeded" error, and the web interface shows all of my 10 GB space as occupied, but my directories actually only have a size of about 4 GB in total. Please resolve this inconsistency to allow further uploads to the cloud.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
