Storage limited

all files have been deleted but my storage shows that I am using 8.5 GB and therefore only 1.5 GB available.
Can you help me because I can't find any solution?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
