2FA authentication

My colleague is having a problem with his box account. He created an account but didn't set up 2FA authentication. Every time he logs in, it always asks for the phone number that links to the account. I tried inputting the number, but got no results.

Can the affected user create a new case that way we could look into his/her Box account? If the user can't sign in, please create a new case here.
