Please fix storage capacity issue
AnsweredThis issue has been ongoing for many many MANY months and continues to plague the Box platform. On August 3, 2023, Rona asked me to let her know when I got this issue again. Well Rona - I got it again on August 13, 2023. And now again on October 16, 2023.
After deleting gigs worth of data, my storage capacity says that I only have 300mb before my account is full.
Please run the script on my account to give me the true ACCURATE storage capacity.
And more importantly, please permanently fix this problem so I don't have to keep contacting you.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
