Storage Incorrectly Showing As Full
AnsweredMy account says "100GB of 100GB" used but that can't be. I've deleted lots of files and emptied the trash. Can Support resolve this please?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
