I already removed most files and empty the trash but the storage still keep remain unchanged. Please support to release the storage space.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
