Storage is not correct
AnsweredI have a 100GB plan, and box is showing that I have used 64.8GB, which is not correct. I just went in and deleted almost everything I didn't need right away since it was saying my storage is full, but it only went down to 65 even thought I probably have less than 10GB in there. I emptied the trash as well. There is very little left in my box account.
Is there a way to reset or recount my storage? More than half of my storage is unaccounted for and my account is filling up much faster than it should be.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
