AnsweredDear Support Team,
Need your assistance to reset the setting of the box mail. i deleted all incoming files however still it is showing storage is full.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
