Shared Folder with Permissions to to Edit Files, Rename files however not Delete

We are shocked that box in today's world does not have a way a company can give users access to files and data that would allow the users to edit, move, RENAME FILES however not to be able to delete file(s).

 

It be also nice to allow uses to work on content in box without the ability to print, download, or delete.
