Unable to clear storate
AnsweredHello, I currently am not able to upload new files since I have the message I reached the limit of 10g. I removed some files and when I go to the admin command it indicates I am using 2g but I still can't upload.
Please run the script to correct the storage usage for my account as described in this support article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect. Thanks.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
