Document is Locked
AnsweredIt appears that a file I am working out of is locked. I am the owner and can't seem unlock it...It's just greyed out. How do I fix this so I can allow the other editors to edit the document?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Note When you lock a file (using Box's locking feature), you will see a lock icon, but you are still be able to edit the file. If another user locks a file, any collaborator with Co-owner, Editor, or Viewer Uploader access can unlock it.
If you're unable to unlock despite your permission, please troubleshoot then try again.
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Try using different browser, machine and network connection.
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
