Storage Full
AnsweredMy storage became almost full so I deleted many files in my box. But "Storage Used" isn't changed and I can't get my storage space back.
Could someone fix this issue?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
