Incorrect used Storage
AnsweredBox is not permitting to store new files and showing incorrect storage usage. I know my storage usage is far less than the limit; however, according to Box it's full.
Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
