Incorrect storage size (used/free) being shown

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used. 

    In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.

    a little late to respond back sorry Rona. Nope. the box is completely empty, as is trash and its showing

    Box is now sitting at 8.8GB used when only 120mb has been uploaded. what is going on here?

    given no firm answer (or solution) has been forthcoming, the only seemingly logical solution would be to setup around 50 individual email aliases (and corresponding box accounts) and cycle through them in order to make use of this facility. *sigh*
