AnsweredHello, I am unable to access my files and get the following message 'we're sorry the preview didn't load. This document may be protected.
I would appreciate some advice on how to rectify this please.

- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- Check if you're accessing a watermarked file.
