Unable to view shared files & upgrade plan.
AnsweredHi Box Team,
Please help with below :
1) Files shared by teammates are not visible on my box portal.
2) Unable to upgrade the plan after adding all required details. Initial Trial transaction happens, but again the trial refund is received within a minute. Next active page doesn't show up mentioning some error.
Kindly guide a way forward.

Did you receive a collaboration invite for the shared file or it was sent via shared link? If it's the latter, note that you're supposed to access it through the link.
