Files Lost after upgrade

I just upgraded my personal account to business in order to have more storage and all my files are lost. Can you please help me.

Note that during your Box upgrade, your contents will be inaccessible for a short period of time as your account is being transitioned. If it takes longer than 24 hours and you're still unable to access your Box contents, please inform us in this forum.
