Have some queries related to Box desktop application on MAC OS

Some users from a Dept, they all use Mac laptops, they are getting some issues like

They create Files and folder on daily basis, these files/ folders are sync to Box web instantly for all users but, the sync time is longer for Box application. also the sync time is not same every time, sometime it takes a week
As per MAC option user use to mark files with color for follow-up and archiving working with BOX app, but BOX web doesn't give that option
When Files and folders are dragged to BOX drive, it is changing its date and time, should not change
