    Hi Colette, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    By any chance, are you referring to the shared link's expiration date? If yes, here's the steps. 

    To set an expiration date on a shared link

    1. In the Share window, click Link Settings. The Shared Link Settings window opens.
    2. Under Link Expiration, uncheck Disable Shared Link on. 
    3. Click Save.

    I got an email from noreply@box.com that "Files are expiring soon". Does that mean the files will be deleted? I need to keep the files for my regulators.
