Preview files without track changes without downloading or opening in box edit

Hi,

Need a viewer to preview a WORD file  without track changes showing and submit comments. No editing is allowed.

The problem is that track changes are showing up in the preview.  His technique of dragging on the page and insert a comment. Issue: the page has track changes and what he is commenting would have already been changed as he is not seeing the final version.
