Box.com C:/Cloud
CompletedHello,
I'm a Box admin for my company IT Dept. I have a user who does NOT have the C:/Cloud option within file explorer.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS ALREADY TAKEN
-Uninstalled\reinstalled Box Drive\Tools
-rebuilt Box Profile
-uninstalled Onedrive to prevent conflicts
-updated registry using this article https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697454-Configuring-the-Default-Box-Drive-Folder-Location
-still experiencing issue with user.
-Any support is greatly appreciated. Thanks
