I invited a new person to view about six months ago.  That person did not accept the request and has been sitting on the invited list as pending for some time.  I just noticed that the person has dropped on the list entirely, so there doesn't seem to be any record of the person ever being invited, which is wrong, and it is important to capture the fact that someone was invited and did not accept.  Is there some way to can go back to establish that an invitation was sent but not accepted?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Note that collaboration Invitations expire after 30 days if they are not accepted and you may send a new invite to the user.

    Thanks.  So there is no audit trail of someone being sent an invite?
