Inconsistent Search Outcomes

Hello,
Members of my team and I can search by the same number, address, etc and all get different results. Sometimes the search will come back as "nothing found", but if you refresh the website, it finds the search docs. We are on a time-crunch to complete our tasks and this is prohibiting us from doing so.

Can you try these troubleshooting steps to fix your search error?
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- Try different browser, network connection and machine.
- Restart your machine.
