Please assist in terminating my account.

I would like to request a refund for the charges made to my box account.
I did not mean to subscribe to box.
I accidentally signed into this account and didn't realize I am charged until I get the email about billing. I had an account at one time and wanted to see if there was anything left in the box before I joined up again. Was routed to an empty space so obviously none of my old stuff is here so there is no need for me to sign up again.
Box has charged my card and I have not ever once used this new account, therefore I will also be needing to terminate my account.
Please cancel my billing as soon as possible so my bank will not make the actual charge from my account.
