Reset MFA/2FA on one of user
AnsweredOne of our user need MFA/2FA reset but it doesn't allow unless you login first. Can you please assist?

Since this is a log in issue, please have the affected user to open his/her own case. Since the user can't log in please use this link and have him/her to create a new case.
