Problem Item - Error Updating 1 Item

The original file was deleved on Box.  Suggestion: Make a copy of your file and delete the original.

I know the original file was deleted.  I have since made a new pdf and renamed it.  I do not need this file and would like the Error Updating 1 item message to go away.  Everything is fine.
