Incorrect Storage Usage
AnsweredH, box team,
I have emptied all my files in my account before. (include of the trash)
But I don't know why my storage usage shows "15.5 GB of 50.0 GB"?
I read many posts like my problem in this community.
This condition needs your help to run a script to clear or correct it.
Please help me for this problem, thank you!

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
