box.com manages shared cloud for companies

I would like to manage box.com as a shared cloud in my company.
After checking this, it appears that the 'Bussiness' pricing system is suitable for the 'requirements' below.
* Has 'Power User and Security Reporting' feature.

[Requirements]
- The administrator assigns IDs to 3 users and manages them.
- The administrator can check the upload/download file log of each user.

So, I have a few questions for you, so please answer them.

1. Can the administrator check the uploaded/downloaded files of each user?
2. As a review for introduction, is there a way to use this plan service for free? If possible, please let us know the allocation period. If this is not possible, please provide information or explanation to confirm the content of question 1.
