Urgent missing folders

I accidentally deleted files/folders from Box.com and now all the files are no longer appearing on the Box. Unfortunately, it is also not appearing in my trash folder on Box. How can I retrieve these files please?

  Note that when your deleted folders/files disappeared from your trash/bin. I'm afraid we are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan.
