Account Owner
Hello, I need to promote a user from editor to owner of an account regarding account ownership - the original owner currently cannot accomplish this task.
Before this post is set to "answered", as I have 2 other tickets on the same topics which are unanswered, please create a support ticket for further detailed information.

Hello - I'm looking for this to be resolved.
This is the same ask from the following 2 tickets which have not been resolved. The original owner of the account is no longer as the company and we would like the permissions to be transferred to an active employee or a Team Email. Thank you!
