Box Drive error: invalid_client
AnsweredI just signed up and downloaded Box Drive. When I attempted to login and connect the drive, I received an error message that says invalid_client. How do I address this?

If you're getting invalid_client error in Box Drive, please go ahead and fully uninstall your Box Drive.
Restart your machine and reinstall it.

I followed your instructions and am still having trouble. I uninstalled Box Drive, restarted my laptop, and reinstalled it.
Now, when I open Box Drive, I click on Log In and it opens a browser. I log in through the browser. It appears to do it successfully because the browser then says "Launching Box Drive" and it launches the Box Drive application window. But, the application window has not changed and still asks me to Log In. The cycle then repeats itself.

This is really frustrating. I'm trying to be a new customer, but this product will only be useful to me if I can get the drive application to work. I have uninstalled and removed it. I have restarted my computer. And it's impossible to reach anyone in customer service. How do I get the drive application to work??? I'm still having the same issue.
