Shared Folder in mobile version of Box
AnsweredWe create a shared folder for our clients, and send them the invitation via 'share' button. And when they upload documents form any mobile device, we do not have access to them -like, we don't "see" them, literally- and so how come they upload them into. the correct folder, and then, trying to access to them from a desktop , we don't see anything.

When trying to access the folder where your collaborators has uploaded their files. Are you checking it in your local Box folder or through the Box website?
Also, make sure that their upload was successful and that you're both looking at the exact folder location.
