Storage Showing as full
AnsweredSize on HDD is 27 GB and storage of account says it full at 100GB is much larger than files stored, can you run script to solve it. This happens once every 4 months are or so, can script be set up to run automatically?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
