Administrator changing email address

I'm unable to change my email address. It is saying my domain needs to verified.

  Hi Jeff, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  Due to Box's zero-trust enhancement Admins will no longer be able to change an existing email address to be a public or unverified domains (such as gmail or yahoo) for their email address.

  To successfully change your primary email address, please add and verify your domain by following the instructions here.
