Authenticator App Set-up
AnsweredI am an external collaborator and I need authenticator app verification to access content. When trying to set up the 2-step verification I enter the authentication code from my authenticator app and I get a message that it's invalid. I don't know how to get around this.

Before you set up your Multi-Factor Authentication, please make sure that you've accomplished the following.
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- You might was well need to use a different machine, browser and/or network connection.
And go ahead and configure your Multi-Factor Authentication by using these steps.
