I am writing to request assistance with a discrepancy in my storage usage. My current reported storage is nearly 8GB, however, I have confirmed that my actual file size is less than 3GB.
Could you please investigate this issue and, if applicable, run the script to rectify storage inaccuracies?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
