Unlimited Business Account: "Account storage limit reached"
CompletedHi! We have the business plan with unlimited storage. All of the files on the account are blue collaborator folders, so the contents should count under unlimited storage rather than the 10 GB personal storage/yellow folder limit for this account. However, whenever I try to upload anything, I get an error message that the account storage limit has been reached. Is there a way to reset this to allow uploads to the blue collaborator folders?
