I would like to open a support ticket
AnsweredI've upgraded to Enterprise level with six users. Not a huge customer. But I should be able to readily find direct support options other than crowdsourcing.
How do I open a chat?
How do I submit a written, individual ticket?
Box is generally good, but your "we're too cool to provide direct help to customers" attitude rubs me the wrong way and makes me want to look for alternatives.
